- Any LLM request that passes through the NullSpend proxy or SDK and is tracked against a budget. We count requests, not tokens — price scales with volume, not model size.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly allowance?
- Free tier hard-blocks at 100,000 requests until the next billing cycle. Pro and Scale bill overage to Stripe automatically at the published rate ($0.010/request and $0.005/request). No silent surprises.
- Can I self-host?
- Yes. The proxy, SDK, MCP server, and Claude Agent adapter are open source. Free tier is unlimited when you run it yourself.
- Which providers are supported?
- OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini — 56 models total with accurate cost calculation including cached tokens, reasoning tokens, and thinking tokens. The proxy routes all three natively.
- Do you support SSO or SAML?
- SSO, SAML, and SCIM provisioning are on the Enterprise tier, along with EU data residency.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades prorate via Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
